Why Holding On

Why do you hold in what you want to say?
If it is bad or too harsh, you still have to spit it out.
If you think it will make you feel better, just spit it out.
If you think you can blame the burden you carry all this time to me, just do it.

It is not always such a fault to end up lonely sometimes.
Don't force them to love you if think you only want to be under the spot, all by yourself.
Don't be such a self-oriented person that people should encourage you, love you... Without doing the same towards them.

People are weak, and you too.

It's okay to cry for hours.
It's okay to suffer for a long time.
It's okay to walk on crowds all by yourself.
It's okay to be mad.
It's okay to reveal who you really are.

It's okay to be weak.

You have your own self, which means you can control it,
the overwhelming feelings of anger or sadness, you should scream it all out.
Let your heart empty.
Imagine yourself and people around you smiling widely.
And...
Reflecting...
