The Princess Diaries: Take Two

Image
I just bought a new book; The Princess Diaries: Take Two . This was one of bestseller books in UK 3 years ago. However, the predicate to be bestseller remains for ever (at least for me). Because we are speaking about a book; an influential thing formed in a lot of piece of papers with quite handy dimensions, both physical and mind that would change one's life for ever. This book, entertained me since the very first page I read it. How Meg Cabot can write the stories about the life of a brand-new Princess of Genovia in such a friendly dictions for a foreigner like me, is the reason why I picked this book. My brain needs to be trained before move this reading English literary works to the next level. However, practice makes perfect. If you have ever watched the movie, you can depict the image of Mia here with Anne Hathaway's. So it will be easy to read all of the series. This book is actually the second book out of 9 series of The Princess Diaries. This b

Isn't she fluffy? Doodling Siberian Husky has successfuly released stress from thoughts that might bring me to the edge of the cliff. Thank God I don't have to jump into it and die.

Hi, there! It's been a while! I have so many things to do due to the graduation of High School. Yes, I've been working on Yearbook School Projects this year, so my Dad and I have been busy taking care of two yearbooks. The deadlines are on June. So, that is why I barely update this blog. So today I will post my paper about Sociolinguistic; Language Shift and Maintenance . Check this one out! Language Shift and Language Maintenance by Sekarlangit Umastuti I. Introduction The existence of language surely cannot be separated from our daily life. Through language, the interaction among tribes and religions can be delivered smoothly. As a system of communication, language also helps humans to complete all of their activities without facing the scarcity in understanding of one’s another language. That is under the condition they share th

One Way of Love by Robert Browning

Another poem analysis for today. Yeay. So, here it is, One Way of Love by Robert Browning poem analysis. I hope you enjoy your time and a cup of coffee reading the two-earlier poem analysis; My Star and Life in a Love . This poem is so touchy. Check it out! The poem : ALL June I bound the rose in sheaves.      Now, rose by rose, I strip the leaves          And strow them where Pauline may pass.               She will not turn aside? Alas!       Let them lie. Suppose they die?    The chance was they might take her eye.   How many a month I strove to suit            These stubborn fingers to the lute!             To-day I venture all I know.         She will not hear my music? So!   Break the string; fold music’s wing:          Suppose Pauline had bade me sing!           My whole life long I learn’d to love.           This hour my utmost art I prove And speak my passion—heaven or hell?   She will not give me heaven? ’T is well!     Lose who

Life in a Love by Robert Browning

This is my poem analysis; Life in a Love by Robert Browning . I hope you enjoy my earlier poem analysis; My Star by Robert Browning . I really enjoy myself writing the analysis of his poems. What I love about him is the inseparable love of him and his wife, who is a prominent poet also, Elizabeth Bennet. They are such an example of eternal love which does exist (sometime). The poem : Escape me? Never--- Beloved! While I am I, and you are you, So long as the world contains us both, Me the loving and you the loth While the one eludes, must the other pursue. My life is a fault at last, I fear: It seems too much like a fate, indeed! Though I do my best I shall scarce succeed. But what if I fail of my purpose here? It is but to keep the nerves at strain, To dry one's eyes and laugh at a fall, And, baffled, get up and begin again, --- So the Chase takes up one's life ' that's all. While, look but once from your farthest bound At me so de
