A Friend Who'll Teach is Better

A friend in need is a friend indeed. Well, it may sound cheesy to accept the saying. But friendship is all about importance. You randomly picked some people who share similar perspective of lifestyle, fashion, gadgets, knowledge, or anything and stick to them. When they match your frequency, spending hours at school or campus would never feel so alone.

If we look back to the importance itself, isn't it selfish to be like that? 

But living in this world is about reaching your goal and you can't do it alone. 

You need those people to ease the process.

When you attend a school, you need to socialize. Those friends will be the tools for you to pull yourself out from the circle in which even you think you feel more comfortable, but you are all alone. The world offers you so many interesting things that are worth trying. You were a caveman in the most comfortable sanctuary of yours, but the world outside is too magnificent to miss out. So you draw yourself out and get mingled with other creatures outside. 

But sometimes you will be so homesick, you feel the world outside is too suffocating, it hurts you so bad. Suddenly you reminisce your cave, where you used to feel safe, un-hurt, comfortable, and at peace. This cave is not the one told by Plato. The cavemen inside of Plato's cave are imbecile, they think the shadows at their back are the representations of the actual world, while in fact, they are not.  The truth is out there to find. They need to go out due to the truth they think they are inside, while in fact, they can find the truth by drawing their bodies out to the world outside.

But I ain't a caveman...

I feel homesick...

Mom, can I walk alone but still on the right track to pursue my dreams?
I have no one to trust.

Yeah, it happens exactly the same with the one you have warned,

You will never find a friend as kind as your family, but you will have some who teach.

Since it is holiday already, so I have more time to gather the data and publish this article, which is entitled Gender Stereotypes and Performativity in Frozen movie . I analyzed this movie in order to complete the assignment given in Children literature class. But it turned out interesting! I focused only one theory; performativity from Judith Butler.
